CIPLA Elections Held

a new Board of Governors were
elected as CIPLA held its annual lobster bake on the beach in Fairfield,
Connecticut on June 8, 2006.

Appeals for the Federal Circuit, with the 2005 Eli Whitney Award.

CIPLA FILES AMICUS BRIEF
The CIPLA Amicus Committee recently filed an amicus brief in the Phillips v.
AWH et al case before the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. The brief
addresses the claim construction questions raised by the Court.
